  Axel and Angel are the best maintenance technicians on board at the Avalon /Union Community.They helped me tremendously by showing me how to navigate around the heating system.Angel also was able to clean the vent in my bathroom as welsh l as change the battery in the apartment's fire alarm. They worked well as a team and independently. They are always prompt, professional and pleasant. I appreciate their diligence in the resolution of any problems in my living space. Thank you both for many great efforts to make my home safe and livable.
