  I have been seeing Dr. Coons for a couple of years now and i have no complaints. He is very nice and patient with his patients. I have a little bit of trouble dealing with injuries,etc.. I faint very easy and i explained that concern to him and he made sure that i felt comfortable enough to go through with the procedure and even during it, he kept making sure i was OK. He is also very funny which is an major plus to me. His staff is EXTREMELY nice and helpful as well and they truly care and take care of their patients. OH, and i've NEVER waited more than 10 minutes to see the doctor which is definitely a plus too. I would and WILL recommend Dr. Coons to anyone who is looking for a doctor like him. I wish i could give more than 5 stars on google but i cant so ill leave my stars in this review.

  I had breast reconstruction after having had breast cancer and unfortunately had surgeries with this doctor, each one to fix what always left wrong.
  
  He is not a skilled surgeon, not even a general run of the mill surgeon. he is a TERRIBLE surgeon. He doesn’t even explain anything or let you know what hospital to go to. You need to ask the front desk for that privileged information. He was annoyed by my questions and I wanted to know more about the procedure but he just kept blowing me off.
  
  After the last surgery I had I complained about pain in my breast and it was left a lot lower than the other one which is obvious. It was at that point that he turned evil, saying if I don’t like it to have it removed then. He also proceeded to tell me that I may be having pain from anywhere else, in my body or life that is transferring to the breast. At that point I knew there was more wrong to him and I strongly DO NOT recommend anyone else seek his advice or services. The chronic pain that I have in my breast is ridiculous and unacceptable and no one should go through this.
  
  The way he spoke to me was so rude, inconsiderate, condescending, uncaring, and unprofessional that I couldn’t believe this was my doctor talking to me like this. No one should have to go through anything like this, be treated like this, or have their body left disformed by someone who was entrusted to fix it. I regret so much that I had him as my doctor and regret even more that I walked back into his office to see him again. What a rude jerk who doesn’t deserve any more business but instead to have his boards and medical rights revoked from him. I hope karma will teach him a lesson one day.
