  Worst Pep Boys Ive been to
  I had initially gone to fix a headlight. They quoted me at a price that was agreeable to replace a headlight lamp. Once the worker had started, he asked if I wanted both headlights done, only for an extra 10 dollars, so I had agreed. They came back to me 20 minutes later and said that my hi temp socket had blow out, so I had to buy and replace that. All in all, I ended up paying more than triple over the original price quoted. Not only that, after I left i realized they never gave me the second hi temp socket which was in the package of 2 when i bought it. I called later to get it, and the store employee that answered hung up on me. I called a second time and asked for the manager, but the employee first put me on hold then hung up on me. I will never go to Pep boys, nor will ever recommend Pep boys to anyone I know.
