  They surely profile blacks. I have been harassed several times driving through Union. I live the next town over. I recently was pulled over for not signaling. "Improper Lane Change" funny thing is, I drove in the right lane the entire time on route 22. Ticket $290. These officers are surely aggressive and use their authority to intimidate. Sad!

  Dirty, unorganized, lack of employees, long time waiting even if you come earlier. I f you are not or don't have a lawyer you are going to be ignored.
