  I had an appointment at 11 am on 11/3/17. I had to get a full UV gel set and pedicure in preparation for my 25th birthday celebration that night. I was on a time limit being that I had a makeup appointment scheduled for 3 pm. I had called a few minutes before 11 because I knew I was going to be 10 minutes late. The phone rang and eventually went into voicemail, but I thought nothing of it because I figured the staff was busy. I left a message letting them know I was running behind. When I got to the salon, it was closed. There was no sign or note on the door explaining why - nothing. Another lady had been waiting outside who also had an appointment at 11, and she was on a time constraint as well. I was at a loss being that the studio opens at 10:30. I was really looking forward to going to Catilia's because I was referred by a friend, but after having to scramble for another appointment elsewhere on the busiest day of the week, I have no desire to come here again.
