    I had been a frequent customer for 20 years. In fact, when I called to place takeout orders, they had always recognized my voice. Not anymore, however.
    The once delicious food is now inedible, which may be attributable to the fact the gentleman who was always at the front desk has been gone for months. I suspect that the restaurant is under new ownership but when I asked, I was told that it had not changed.
    The ownership really does not matter as much as the taste of the food, which does not lie. The duck salad used to be superb but is now bland and flavorless. The glorious Panang is no longer available and the Num Prig Pao went from magical to miserable.
    What a sad situation. I truly miss Morris Thai and have not been able to find a suitable replacement.
