  Their food is great! They have 6 dollar subs that are HUGE despite being a "small." Very filling. Good for college students that want a meal, but don't want to speed a lot.

  Ordered 2 cold subs for delivery at 5:23 pm on a Thursday, told it would take 30 minutes. 60 minutes later we called and were told it was on the way (we literally live 3 minutes from the shop). So we waited another 30 minutes, called back and were told the delivery guy took the wrong sandwich. 1 hour and 40 minutes later the 2 cold sandwiches were delivered. We were about to cancel the order and order from somewhere else but took the sandwiches to not be rude. The VERY LEAST Reggios could have done was to waive the delivery fee, or take 10% off the bill, or throw in something extra when the driver got back to the shop. We stopped ordering from there a while ago for the same reason but thought we’d give them another shot. Not again! The sandwiches were fine but not worth waiting over 90 minutes without compensation. So disappointed.
