  Hey TD Bank! Just wanted to shout out to everyone about what happened to my daughter and how you guys handled it. She lives in CT and her account was compromised by someone cashing a fraudulent check in the Chestnut St. branch in Union, NJ (meaning IN PERSON, not online) and instead of helping her out by reinstating the funds that caused her account to go negative, you are making her wait, penniless, until the check posts and your "investigation" is concluded which I'm betting will take 2+ weeks. So let's get this straight. YOUR teller cashed a fraudulent check most likely without checking the signature and because of this, MY daughter is out all of her money. Mind you, she just started her first job out of college. Thanks SO much for your great customer care and for looking out for my daughter who lives two states away from me! My entire family (and our respective businesses) will be shopping for a new bank by Monday. Thanks to you for leaving her broke!
