  Worst doctor ever, waiting time in he's office more than 2 hours. I was sent there from my workers compensation insurance, he's doesn't care about how patient feels. All he care about is payments from the insurance.

  I was sent there by Liberty Mutual due to a worker's Compensation case. Doctor Head told me that he would be recommending that I be permitted to see a psychotherapist and a psychiatrist so I could continue on medicine for depression. After they received his report all my visits were stopped and medications
  Now I'm worse than ever. Thanks for nothing.
